The Easy Automatic Gate team were professional and easy to work with from the start. They provided an on site consultation to best support the plan for an install of our electric driveway gate, recommended the best option and then provided an upfront consultation. Following a 50% deposit, we were given a lead time of 5-6 weeks but they were actually able to start and complete the work quicker by 3-4 weeks from the initial consultation. The work was done in two parts with respect to the first team coming to fix the telescopic gate in position and then a day later the lovely technician (Ray) coming to install the electrical supply and motor. All in all a smooth and professional experience from the team and we could not be more pleased with the final result. Thanks so much Easy Automatic Gates team! We are very pleased with the job that Ray and Sam did for our house. Loved our black aluminium fence and gate including the Beninca Bull motor they installed. Happy they programmed the remote to do open with auto close, stay open and even a pedestrian mode. They even did the lovely white louvres for our alfresco. Highly recommended!

We had our beautiful gates installed by Easy Automatic Gate Pty Ltd about a year ago and the experience has been excellent from the start. The gates were made to measure, installed promptly, and the quality has been fantastic. Recently we needed additional remotes and once again their service exceeded expectations. They were very accommodating and offered a same week service call which worked perfectly with our busy schedules. Ray the service technician was friendly, quick, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Easily beat competitor prices and provided an excellent product. 2 years on and this company has stood by their product. We wanted to replace an existing very heavy wrought iron electric gate that kept giving us problems with an aluminium one - we are so thankful that we chose Easy Automatic Gates. Erkan designed a gate suitable to suit our existing fence, and was able to check the colour and took perfect measurements when he came to do the quote. From the first contact we received, every person we dealt with was so lovely, professional and cared about this business with respect.
